To keep your cake looking its best, please follow the guidelines below:
Keep your cake in a cool environment and away from direct sunlight or heat.
When transporting your cake, ensure it is placed on a flat, stable surface in your vehicle. A level floorboard is strongly recommended. Please avoid placing the cake on slanted car seats or any uneven surface, and we do not advise holding the cake during travel.
Do not leave the cake in the car longer than the time needed to travel home.
Avoid squeezing or pressing the sides of the cake box, as this may damage the decoration.
When lifting or carrying your cake, always support it with both hands underneath the cake board. Do not hold the cake by the sides at any time.
Keep the cake level at all times. Never tilt or pick up the cake from the sides.
If you plan to transport the cake again after arriving home, keep it inside its box in a cool, dry place until needed.
For best results, collection is recommended early in the day or when your vehicle is cool and air-conditioned.
Drive carefully, avoiding sudden braking or sharp turns to protect your cake.
